【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwolaboratorytestmethods,basedonslicingandscalingtechniques,todeterminethelong-termchangesinthethermalresistanceofclosed-cell(normally90%)cellularplasticmaterialsthatcontaingaseswhich,throughdiffusionprocesses,affectthepropertiesofafoamwithtime.Usingstandardmethodsforthemeasurementofthermalresistance,methodAconsistsofperiodicmeasurementsperformedoverashorttimeintervalonthinspecimensconditionedinacontrolledambienttemperatureenvironment.Theresultsofrelativechangewithtimeareusedinconjunctionwithamathematicaltechniquetoderivethethermalresistanceofgreaterthicknessesofthematerialasafunctionoftime.MethodBdescribesasimpletesttodetermineaconservativedesignlife-timevalue(25yearsaridlonger)foranunfaced,closed-cell,cellularplasticproduct.Thismethodislimitedcurrentlytounfacedhomogeneousmaterials.Forthismethod,multiplespecimensofthecoreandsurfacesofmaterialswithvariationsintheslopeoftheprimarystagethermalresistivityandatimerelationshipoflessthan10%withinasampleareconsideredtobehomogeneous.Generally,productswithnaturalskinsorwithdensitydeviationsnormallyfoundwithsuchproductsmaybeconsideredacceptablefortestbythistechnique.
